Welcome to our very special home; a Manhattan loft-style apartment inside a converted Priory dating from the 1890`s. The apartment itself is a fully modern build with all mod-cons, including an en-suite wet room in one guest room and an en-suite bath & shower for the master, as well as heating & air-con, modern kitchen and washer & dryer.

The space is fully open plan; the downstairs offers a full living space which we`ve divided by furniture into study, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The tall church ceilings create a light, airy feel and the upstairs master is on a mezzanine via a bridge; the two smaller rooms have walls but no ceilings. It`s different- but we love it!!

The real star of the show are the stunning original stained glass windows; three on each side, with a glorious centrepiece from floor to ceiling by the guest bedrooms. Watching the light change through the glass at sunset is one of our favourite things to do.

The apartment has three double bedrooms and can sleep 6 in total; it is also dog friendly throughout.

The house is 1,679sq Ft and compromises of two floors.

About the location

Haywards Heath itself has the usual amenities, as well as some lovely independent coffee shops, micro-breweries and restaurants. We are a 20 minute drive from the South Downs and half an hour away from Brighton. The local area features many attractions including national trust parks & gardens, family farms, wildlife reserves and art galleries.

Easy to get to from Gatwick airport (we are one stop away) and a 45 minute train ride into London, Haywards Heath is the idea base to explore both Sussex and London.
