Our home is a large semi-detached house located on a quiet residential street. As you walk into the house it has a large sitting room at the front of the house with another sitting room next to it which has french doors leading onto the garden. There is an adjoining dining room which leads onto a L-shaped kitchen with another door to the garden. Upstairs is a very large master bedroom and another large single bedroom. There is the main bathroom with another small room next to it which we use as an office with views onto the garden. There are stairs leading to another bedroom on the second floor with a wet room next to it. There are further stairs to two other bedrooms in the loft. The garden is beauitiful and secluded. It has a large patio area with a barbeque and plenty of comfortable seating and a large lawn with a trampoline, benches and mature trees and shrubs. It is also south facing so wonderful to enjoy on sunny days.

About the location

Our house is in a fantastic location. We are located only a 10 minute walk to the mainline train station and tube at Wimbledon which means you could be anywhere in London within 20-30 minutes enjoying all that London has to offer. Our local area is a pretty residential area with convenient stores only a 2 minute walk away and some lovely parks. Wimbledon Park is only a short walk and has tennis courts, a boating lake and playground. Wimbledon Town Centre has plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping opportunities, only a 10 minute walk away, while Wimbledon Village is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive and is a quiet but vibrant place with a typical 'village' feel with something for everyone, including amazing pubs, restaurants and clothes and luxury shops, as well as a riding stables. It leads onto Wimbledon Common which is a vast area to walk and explore. Richmond Park, famous for its deer, is only a short drive away and is a must for a visit.
