Luxury Apartment with Stunning Views

We have re-designed our 2-bedroom apartment on the 25th floor into a 1-bedroom apartment to give us more living space and 320 degree sweeping views from the Adelaide Hills, through the city and out to the ocean. This captures stunning sunsets over the ocean and occasional spectacular sunrises over the Adelaide hills.

Our apartment consists of a bedroom with queen bed, open plan living area consisting of a lounge, office and TV area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. This we have furnished with aboriginal and Japanese art and Japanese style doors. We also have a feature fireplace. Our apartment is located in a quiet location although in the centre of the city with the famous parklands surrounding Adelaide on our doorstep. You can walk everywhere within the city however we also have a free tram and bus service nearby.

About the location

Adelaide is always within the top five most liveable cities in the world. It is a vibrant city with the Adelaide Festival, Fringe, WOMAD (music festival), Tasting Australia etc. It has been designated the city of music and is famous for its art and culture. We have the Art Gallery of South Australia, Tandanya (aboriginal art gallery), the festival centre and wine centre all on the north terrace within walking distance. Our central market is famous for its local and international produce and variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is only 10 minutes walk away. Our beaches and airport are all within 20 minutes drive.

There are six major wine regions surrounding Adelaide, including the Barossa valley, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and Coonawarra.
