Inverearn House

A beautiful Edwardian detached house with a south facing garden and original features throughout. Set in the stunning village of St Fillans with views over Loch Earn, we are so lucky to have this as our family home.

Downstairs, the house has a cosy kitchen with Aga and an adjoining snug / TV room, separate dining room and large living room (both with log burners), as well as a utility room, office and shower room.

Upstairs is a family bathroom and 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a super-king bed, and the guest room has a double bed. There are two children`s rooms - one large room with bunks and a smaller single room. Toys can be provided or hidden as required (both rooms are also perfectly suitable for adults).

There is a large garden with car port (parking for 2 cars and electric car charger), trampoline, bbq area and chimenea. The front garden has a separate seating / dining area with views of Loch Earn.

There is also a separate building with a well kitted out gym, large home office and separate guest suite. This is not included in the photos as it will not generally be available but we are happy to discuss including this too if required. We have kayaks and bikes that can be provided if needed. We have high chairs, travel cots etc and can borrow anything you need for young children.

About the location

St Fillans is a beautiful conservation village situated within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The village sits along the edge of Loch Earn in the central Highlands of Scotland. The loch is across the road from our house, and from the back door you can enjoy many walks in the area.

Activities in and around St. Fillans include walking, cycling / mountain biking, golf, fishing, canoeing, boating, bird watching, Munro-bagging or just chilling out. The village website https://www.stfillanscc.org.uk/ contains lots of information on local walks and activities.

Within St Fillans are two excellent restaurants serving great food and wine - Achray House (5 mins walk) and Four Seasons (10 mins walk). Our village shop (2 mins walk) also has a great cafe. Only 7 minutes drive away is the village of Comrie with an excellent deli, butcher, greengrocers, chemist and bakers, and 20 mins away is the town of Crieff with supermarkets and a bigger selection of shops.

St Fillans is just over an hour`s drive away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, and is a perfect Gateway to the Highlands (although there is so much to do locally you may not go far!)
