The apartment is in the heart of Umbria, in the countryside, just 4 km from the historic center of Perugia. Our lovely apartment is recently renovated and relax around our beautiful swimming pool with a panoramic view of the city of Perugia.

It is situated between the hills and is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees.
The farm produces Extra virgin olive oil, jams and wine.

Our property consists of 5 apartments with swimming pool, around the ancient stone house that dates back to 1600. It is ideal to who wants to spend time in touch with nature in an environment familiar and comfortable. The apartment is located 15 km from Assisi and offers a breathtaking view of the Umbrian landscape.
The apartment is bright and comfortable and furnished with furniture that come from art Umbrian.

There is no air conditioning, the fresh country air enters freely in the rooms. There is no TV to disturb the rest. There is central heating and internet connection wi-fi.

There is a private barbecue, private garden and a very big common garden, vineyard and olives field perfect for relaxing time, trekking and bike.

The apartment has a 40sqm size and has a living room with well-equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Moreover, There is a large communal garden with artistic stone tables decorated by hand in Deruta.
