About the location

Relaxed seaside location, close to some of the best surfing beaches in Australia. Great for fishing. Flat cycleways and walking paths along waterways and coastline extend for over 30 kilometres.
Take a drive through a picturesque rural landscape to explore country towns. Nearby Murwillumbah boasts the Tweed Regional Gallery and Margaret Olley Centre, and is well worth a visit. It is also the start of the rail trail, a converted rail track into a cycle and walking path.
Byron Bay a 40 minute drive.
Gold Coast - great beaches, theme parks, HOTA Gallery, Theatre.
Brisbane 90 minutes by public transport. Queensland Art Gallery and GoMA, State Library, theatre, etc.
