Quiet sea view near village

Quiet 3-bedroom sea view house with two orange cats near the sea and a village. Because it is perched on a cliff, it's a steep walk uphill from the beach but completely walkable through olive groves and vineyards.

There are two bars for refreshments and lunch at the local beach, a taverna that is open at night halfway to the beach, and a nice local restaurant in the village.

Most places in Kefalonia require driving and the capital is about 15 - 20 minutes away. The famous Myrtos beach is about 45 minutes away and 75 minutes to Fiskardo. There are many little beaches throughout the island to explore.

If you don't like cats or are allergic, this is not the home for you! I have many cats who have made a home in my garden and two indoor cats. No-smoking in the house at all. I'm very sensitive to the smell.

I do not have a swimming pool.

This is my home and not a seasonal rental, exchanges are preferred.

About the location

Kefalonia is a Greek island in the Ionian sea that is popular with tourists in the summer. There are not a lot of "party" places and its more for people who love nature and relaxation.
