In the Buda hills in Budapest
Our flat is a 55 sq.m one-bedroom flat in the Buda side of Budapest, in Testvér hill. Good public transport, you can be in the city in about 30-40 minutes with public transport. The flat is very bright, west facing with a biggish terrace, with views of the neighbouring hills (Hármashatár and Csúcs hill, but also the Kevély is visible). It is on the 1st (top) floor with elevator which is handy when you are so tired in sightseeing and hill climbing-hiking that you feel that you are not able to climb that 3 short flight of steps. It`s a new building (2018), the flat had triple glazed windows and ceiling heating-cooling (heat pump). Very enviromental friendly.
About the location
It is a new neighborhood with modern houses and villas, nature nearby, fresh air. Hiker`s paradise, in 50 minutes you can climb to one of the 150 stamping points of our National Blue Hiking Trail, one of Europe`s longest (almost 1200 kms through the northern part of the country), But also you can be in the city in around 30 minutes with public transport.
