Modern flat close to Oxford city centre

A modern, roomy and comfortable first floor flat, close to Oxford city centre, the train station and many amenities, in a quiet and leafy location.
The flat is over 70 sq metres in size, comprising of kitchen/lounge/diner, two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and large bathroom, and is in excellent condition throughout. It is a second home, kept uncluttered for visitors to enjoy. The kitchen area is spacious, with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge is south-west facing with dual aspect, benefiting from sun all day, and there are French doors to a large balcony. Both of the bedrooms are doubles in size. Outside, there is a parking space and communal garden. The bus stop is right outside the building.

About the location

Oxford is a wonderful destination, both for what this historic city offers, and its connections with other parts of the UK, especially London.
It is a vibrant city, small enough to enjoy on foot, with something for everybody. The main attractions include the university colleges, the Botanical Garden, the Ashmolean and Pitt Rivers museums and the Sheldonian theatre. You can stroll in the lovely parks and meadows, or go punting on the River Isis. Oxford also offers a wide range of cafes, restaurants and night life, as well as shopping opportunities at the Westgate Centre or in its covered and open markets.
There is a frequent bus service to the city centre, with a stop right outside the building. From my flat, it takes 10 minutes to get to the rail station, and it's one hour to London, making day trips to the capital easy and straightforward. You can enjoy all that London offers without the high cost of London hotels!
Other days out include historic Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village for discount designer shopping, and the beautiful Cotswolds. Shakespeare’s birthplace in Stratford-on-Avon and the Regency city of Cheltenham are in easy reach. Frequent coach services to Heathrow and Gatwick airports are available.
