Our home is located in Vineyard located in one of Australia’s prime vineyard regions. It is very quiet and views of grapevines as the grow on our property. Our cottage is located in a closed gate estate where vines grow across all of the communities properties.

We are located in a region where concerts are are held, for example, Elton John has played in the region a a number of occasions as well as many other artists.

A car is essential and can be provided as a means of transport and our cottage is located such that travel to coastal NSW is easy.

The region is rural with close proximity to shopping, entertainment restaurants and clubs.

This home is our holiday home so it would ideally be suited to a non simultaneous swap. Any time suitable to the exchange could be organised. Possibly our Sydney home could be exchanged if the timing was suitable.

About the location

Our region can best be described as rural and is very close to urbanised and city regions.

Our cottage is located about 2.5 hours north west of Sydney and about 1 hour west of Newcastle and 20 minutes from major expressway routes North and South.

My wife and I personally make the trip from Sydney where our main home is located every 2 - 3 weeks so it is very accessible.

There is a multitude of vineyards in the region as well as restaurants and clubs. Travel in the region is very easy by car and the scenery is absolutely divine.
