Cosy city centre apartment

Our apartment is situated in a new build block (built 2021) about 5 minutes` walk from Manchester`s Northern Quarter. It has one main living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen. Our living area is cosy and warm, with a green sofa and lots of house plants. We have a TV with several streaming options and other entertainment. It also has a good size balcony leading off from the main room with seating outside.

The apartment is two bedroom property. The main bedroom has an en-suite. There is a separate main bathroom. There is both a bath and a shower available.

We use the second bedroom primarily as a study, which would be ideal from anyone looking to work remote from a different location. There are two desk spaces in this room. This room does have a double sofa bed that we use for guests. It can fit two adults in fairly comfortably.

You will see from our apartment that we are music lovers, and have two vinyl set ups. One in the main living room, and a mixing deck in the second bedroom (study).

Our apartment also has access to a small gym, and a residents` lounge. The residents` lounge is great for remote working, should you need this.

We do not have a dedicated parking space for this apartment, but there is plenty of parking nearby.

About the location

Our apartment is situated approximately 5 minutes` walk from Manchester`s Northern Quarter, which is a bustling area of mostly independent bars, restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Northern Quarter is home to the historic music venue of Band on the Wall (amongst others) and there is always plenty of gigs, live music and interesting events happening in this area. There are also lots of record shops, and other vintage shopping.

Around 10 minutes` walk away is the Ancoats area of Manchester, which hosts various neighbourhood eateries and bars. We`d be happy to give recommendations for our favourite places to eat and drink , if that`s your sort of thing!

There is lots to do in Manchester and we are walking distance from all the main attractions. We are very close to the Manchester AO Arena, should you be visiting there. Both the Ethiad and Old Trafford are accessible by a short tram journey.

Manchester AO Arena - 10 minutes` walk`
Manchester Art Gallery - 20 minutes` walk
Manchester Central Library - 20 minutes` walk
Royal Exchange Theatre - 15 minute`s walk
The Palace Theare - 25 minute`s walk
The Opera House - 25 minute`s walk
Spinningfields - 20 minutes` walk
Deansgate - 15 minutes` walk

We are also close to both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, which means more rural locations such as the Peak District, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales are accessible by train or a short drive by car.
