Detached house

Our home has four bedrooms one with an en-suite shower. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet. Downstairs is the kitchen with oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is one large living room where we have a piano and television. There is good wi-fi connection. We have a good sized garden.

About the location

Our home is less than ten minutes walk from a railway station. There are excellent connections to London Euston (I hour 10 minutes journey) and Birmingham. We are situated close to all of the major motorways in the area.
We are within 40 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon, Nottingham, Leicester, Worcester, Derby, Shrewsbury and other destinations such as the Peak District and the Shropshire Hills. Oxford and Cambridge are within 90 minutes drive.
We are not far from Drayton Manor (fun) Park and Alton Towers.
There is a local shop (Co-op) and Fish and Chip shop as well as a bar about two minutes walk from the house. Larger supermarkets are only a mile away; as is the centre of Lichfield.
Nature reserves and the National Memorial Arboretum are within 20 minute`s drive.
