Costa Blanca’s Javea home with sea view and swimming pool.

Been out home for over 6 years now. 3 bedroom house - 2 upstairs level and one bedroom is level downstairs with separate bathroom and entry. Sea view. Private swimming pool 8x4 meters, large looked after garden with lots of flowers on two levels as well. Balcony coming from the kitchen to enjoy breakfast. Old school bbq space next to the swimming pool.

I can give a lot of recommendations. Very friendly place to visit and enjoy. Have English / Spanish speaking friends living and working in the area in case you need anything.

About the location

4 -10 minutes to 4 different supermarkets.
5 minutes away by car to Javea Arenal sand beach and promenade full of restaurants and bars. 8 minutes to beach bars to enjoy Sangria and refreshing drinks, food and music.
12 minutes to Javea port with each own stones beach, shops, more restaurant bars and morning fresh catch tent.
15-20 minutes to the old town with a market, little cute streets and lovely Spanish atmosphere. Also in 20-30 monutes you can get to Denia, Moraira.
Amazing views near by of the San Antonio and Cap la Nao mountains and a lot of beautiful places within half an hour ride.
Amazing for summer holidays or visit during any time to catch nice weather and relaxed holidays. Around 12- -21 degrees winter time, 24-33 summer.
