Our home is a bungalow on the outskirts of the pretty village of Lothersdale.
We have stunning views with a wrap around garden with fields to three sides.

Our bungalow was built in the 1930;s but has been extended and recently a new kitchen extension and bathroom refurbished to a high standard.

The main entrance brings you into the hall way with separate cupboard to hang coats and store walking boots. You then enter the hall with a large lounge with log burner and separate dining area with stunning views across the valley.

The kitchen is a new extension with a utility room and fully equipped with double oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Folding doors out on to a large patio area with garden furniture.

There are three double bedrooms, one En-suite with shower and toilet.
Family bathroom with shower.

The garden gates can be closed to make the garden secure.
There is a drive to park two cars but ample more parking opposite in a large layby.

About the location

Lothersdale is a picturesque village which had a working mill until the 70s. There is a pub 15 mins walk which we can highly recommend for food and drink. The Hare and Hounds. Raygill fishing lakes are at the other end of the village. There is no public transport unfortunately although the train service from the village of Cononley is only 5 mins away and you can get into Leeds within 35 mins on the train, or into Skipton and further into the dales within 5 mins on the train.

We are 4 miles from Skipton the Southern Gateway to the Dales, for supermarket shopping, markets, entertainment, cinema and bus station.

We have beautiful walks from our home and The Pennine Way runs through the village 10 mins walk from our home.
