New build, comfortable and a single story. Walking distance to the beach.

Hello folks, Our home is a new build and offers a relaxed feeling. The main living area is spacious and has large glass doors leading to the outdoor areas. The interior of the house is predominately white which makes a great background to display our travel photos.

Leading from the clean, white kitchen there’s a delightful, tiled undercover alfresco area, where you can enjoy sipping the local McLaren Vale wines. Or use the barbecue and eat outdoors amongst the pot plants.

We have air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home. In the winter we use the reverse-cycle air conditioning to provide a cosy environment. There are two large-screen televisions, one in the front sitting room and the other in the main living area, both connected to the internet. Unlimited wi-fi is included.

The butler’s pantry is where all the cleanup happens, sink, dishwasher and food storage, all out of sight. A gas, five burner cooktop, electric oven, microwave, a food preparation sink and a huge refrigerator complete the cooking area.

Opposite our home is a spacious green, where there’s easy walking paths.
Our home is open plan with hybrid, non-slip hardwood flooring and with two large sliding doors to the outdoors, both with fly screens. The home is bright, light and airy and very functional, with a walk in shower, a bath and separate toilet. There is a large, equipped laundry.

There are no steps and the path leading to the front door is a gentle slope.
The bedroom available has a queen size bed and room for a person who may have walking aids. There is wardrobe space and drawers available for your use. The home has been built for our future old age with strategically placed aids in the bathroom/shower and separate toilet.

The entire house, with the exception of our bedroom, is available for the house exchange guests to use.
