Tenement flat in lovely Trinity. Edinburgh, 2nd floor apartment.

Our much loved family home is in a traditional Edwardian tenement, with spacious rooms and high ceilings.

We have a large kitchen with plenty of dining space, a large double bedroom, a very spacious room with two single beds and a smaller single room. Our large lounge looks over the nearby rooftops towards Fife. There's one bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

You also have use of a well-looked after shared garden with picnic table and BBQ.

There's excellent WiFi and we've the usual cable TV etc.

Should you need to work there's plenty of desk and study space too.

We exchange as a couple and with kids when they want to come on holiday with us. Happy to consider properties which cater for just 2 or a family of 5.

About the location

Quiet, close to city, Leith and the seaside at Portobello. Plenty of local buses and trams. Food shops 15 minute walk away and an excellent local shop and chemist on the corner.

Plenty of parks and a 5 minute walk to the sea. Very close to the award winning Botanical Gardens and a 20 minute walk to the old seaport of Leith. A number of excellent takeaways and restaurants in very easy walking distance.

Bus stop to town less than a minute from the flat.

15 minute bus ride into the centre of Edinburgh, with the delights of amazing galleries, museums, theatres, restaurants Castle and Palace to explore, as well as the UNESCO Royal Mile.
