Our home was built in 1870. It is a typical home of the area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which is in the converted attic. It has a fully furnished basement which has a huge TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney, TSN available), and workout space with a Peloton bike, and a Lululemon mirror. The first floor has a living room/dining room area, powder room and kitchen with lots of windows throughout. There is a deck and BBQ out the back and garden. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, an office and bathroom with bath. Finally the third floor is a huge bedroom conversion. The beds are Ghostbeds with zero gravity features for a better night sleep.

About the location

Beautiful house situated in a central leafy part of the city between the Ottawa River and the Rideau Canal. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and small shops within a short walking distance. Many amenities including public swimming pools, gyms, a library and grocery stores. Lots of bike paths are available and can easily be accessed from our house. Cross Country Ski trails a 15-20 minute drive away in the winter, with mountain biking and wonderful hiking trails available in the summer.
