Light home with garden in great location

Our house has spacious kitchen/dining space looking onto a large patio, and west facing garden. There is a living room and study; there is one bedroom downstairs, and cloakroom/shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one single).

There is parking for two cars on the driveway as our car would also be there.

About the location

We live in St Cross which is a beautiful part historic part of Winchester near the water meadows and the ancient St Cross Hospital with its beautiful garden.

Central Winchester with its Cathedral, shops, restaurants and playgrounds is 20 minutes picturesque walking away.

The south coast is about a 40 minutes to an hour away - Hamble and Chichester to the east and the Dorset coast to the west (Christchurch and Bournemouth).
