We have an efficient apartement in paris near métro Guy Moquet (line 13), Brochant (line 13) or Porte Clichy (line 14).we live there with 3 Kids age 19,17 and 14. I work nearby and my partner is retired and she lives with our dog & cat in our second home in Ardèche.
There is a dish washer, wafhing machine, dryer. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance of Sacré Coeur. Park very close and a public swimming pool nearby.
