Iro`s Guesthouse

My home has hosted hundreds of tourists on Airbnb since 2012. It is a traditional Cypriot stone house with balconies for each room. The beds are supercomfy and the house is very cozy with beautiful views of the city and mountains. It is a 10 minute drive to the the closest beach and 5 minutes to the highway. The house is in the center of an old village and within walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and any amenities needed.

About the location

The house is situated on the side of the hill in Germasogeia Village, and faces a valley and another hill. On the right you can see the city skyline and ocean and on the left you can see the charming village and mountains. The village is densely built with many storehouses attached to each other, while new building and houses have been built around them.
