Home in Rural Spanish village (one hour from Seville)

We have a large house in the beautiful rural Spanish village of Coripe, located one hour`s drive from Seville.

The house has 6 bedrooms in total if you include the mezzanine floor, but there are only sufficient beds and bedding for 6 people. 2 double beds downstairs and one upstairs. There is a travel cot.

There is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom which has a shower and sink, and there is an upstairs bathroom which has a bath and a shower.

The property has a highchair, a small amount of toddler and baby toys and books, children`s crockery and cutlery and toilet training seat and step.

There`s a private yard at the back of the house with a large outdoor dining table and parasol.

About the location

The area is very warm in the summer and during the day time in July and August most people are either on holiday at the beach, at the public pool or in the house. The streets are quite empty in these months. October to March seem to be optimal times for Hiliking and Cycling.

2.5 hours drive from the Algarve in Portugal, and one hours drive from Cadiz which where the is the closest beach is. Coripe is known for it`s hiking and cycling routes and la Via Verde de la Sierra runs through it. There are several local shops and you can access everything you need here from a DIY shop to food shops (including a shop which sells gluten and dairy free products) bakery, butcher sweet shop, Pharmacy and a small fruit market. It would suit people who are confident and or able to speak some Spanish as it`s a non English speaking area. Coripe has a public outdoor swimming pool with a bar and restaurant.
