My 9 year old twin girls love art so we have a whole wall of art supplies if that suits your own children (or yourself of course)! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine. Washing machine and a drier.

About the location

Coulsdon is in the Happy Valley, an area of amazing walks and rolling landscapes.
It has a small town with plenty of resturants, cafes, supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco and Aldi). It is a 40 minute drive down to Brighton directly down the M23. Or a 22 minute train journey into London Bridge. Also served by the Thameslink going all the way up to Peterborough, via London.

There are two parks within walking distance.
