It has typical cottage features including a wood burner in the cosy lounge, a roll-top bath and high-level cistern in the bathroom, flagstone floors in the lower ground floor dining room and kitchen, and two double bedrooms with king-sized beds one of which can be set up as a twin room.
There is ample parking to the front of the property and an enclosed garden to the rear.

The north Cotswolds is a stunning rural area with beautiful countryside and ample opportunities for walking along the extensive footpaths.
Blockley itself is a typical charming Cotswold village boasting two good pubs, an excellent cafe and a well-stocked shop all of which are within walking distance of the cottage.
There are many local attractions within walking distance or a short drive, including Batsford Arboretum, Sezincote House, Bourton House, Longborough Opera, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway Tower and Broadway itself. There are also many National Trust properties including Blenheim House, Sudelely Castle, and Snowshill Manor in addition to the Cotswold Wildlife and Waterparks nearby. The RSC in Stratford and Chipping Norton`s Daylesford and Diddly Squat farm shops are within half an hour as are many other large towns including Cirencester, Cheltenham, Leamington Spa, Oxford, etc.
