Seaside Detatched Home in Kent close to London and Canterbury

Our modern, recently converted 4-bedroom family home in Herne Bay is a 50m walk to the beach path which takes you directly to a quiet beach. It has a large open-plan living space with a fantastic new kitchen that centres around a large island. There are 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a separate downstairs toilet. Outside we have a large patio area and a summer house with a social sitting area. The rear garden has astroturf with basketball and table tennis. There is a BBQ and pizza oven for summer evenings outside living.

Being on the beach means we offer the use of our paddle boards and portable BBQ for the perfect evening.

We have a small gym in the house that can be used.

We can also offer the use of 2 X-boxes.

There is off-road parking and an EV charging point.

About the location

The house is virtually beach-front; from there you can walk to the local town of Herne Bay (15mins) or take longer coastal walks. We are located perfectly for exploring the South East. There are two trains an hour to London (1hr 30mins). The historic city of Canterbury is just 10km away and accessible by car, bus or train.
