Detached home on the outskirts of Cardiff

Our home has an open plan kitchen diner which opens up onto a spacious garden. You will have access to a sun umbrella and garden furniture to be able to relax with a coffee or glass of wine. We also have a cosy living room, perfect to retreat to in the evenings to watch some tv or play a board game (we have plenty to choose from). There is also a toilet downstairs plus use of a garage which you can enter the house through; great for muddy boots or prams!

Upstairs, you will have use of three bedrooms; two doubles and one children bedroom/nursery with both a single mattress and a cot. The main bedroom has ensuite with shower and there is also a family bathroom.

We have a private driveway with space for up 4 cars.

About the location

If you’re looking for stay with a bit of everything then this is the ideal location.

With culture on the doorstep, there are music, theatre and sports venues galore in around the city of Cardiff, just a 15 minute drive away, or a simple bus journey! The city also has lots of lovely parks, museums and places to eat!

If you’re looking for nature, there are plenty of beaches to choose from, with the closest being just 20 minutes away. The Brecon beacons are less than an hour by car and there are many smaller hills to climb closer to home.

Our home is on the west side of the city within a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s a very friendly neighbourhood and, although close to the hustle and bustle of the city, it is also on the edge of extensive farmland so feels close to nature. It’s a quiet location where you can relax in the garden and hear the sound of Birdsong! There is a small dog park within a two minute walk and a play area for children around the corner. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk or two minute drive away.
