The swimming pool has a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, beach towels and a parasol. From the garden and the poolside are views of the surrounding countryside and of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range a few kilometres away.

The house is set well back from the road and reached by a 300 metre L-shaped drive. The property is ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation. The house is mostly all on one level with just three steps up to the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The property is a 40 minute drive from the airport.

About the location

The property is in a quiet location in the countryside although it is just a 2km drive from Inca which has all the amenities of a small city including banks, supermarkets and shops, restaurants and bars, sports facilities and theatre and arts venues. Inca is well-known for its market on Thursdays.

Use of a car is essential given the location and to make the most of being in Mallorca. The property is about half an hour`s drive from the nearest beaches at Alcudia and Can Picafort, a similar distance from Palma and almost anywhere in Mallorca can be reached from here by car within an hour. Inca also has bus and train connections to many parts of the island.
