This metro line is particularly appreciable as it drives directly in 15 minutes to one of the most attractive bar zones of the city (Nation, Obercampf, Place de la République), and in 30 minutes to the Eiffel tower.

The flat is located in Montreuil, an associative and alternative cultural city situated at the east of Paris and mostly known for it cinematographic culture (it is the Méliès filmmaker hometown).

South, by 15 minutes of foot you can reach the Vincenne`s wood. It is a spot well known for sportswomen/sportsmen mostly for running (the wood almost reaches a surface area of 1000 hectares). This place is also known for his royal Castle.
