We have single story duplex with easy ground floor access front and back for those with mobility issues` ( no stairs). Comfortable, tidy home with undercover outdoor area surrounded by gardens. It`s city living but in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the entertainment precinct of Broadbeach. A 15 min walk over to the beach and restaurant area of broadbeach. Our home backs onto a tidal canal system which we kayak regularly. Across the Hwy (1km) and onto 30 km`s of beach side bike trails. It`s central to all entertainment options.

Broadbeach is the site of the star casino complex (800 m away) Pacific Fair shopping complex biggest on the gold coast (600m) public transport options trams and buses, Patrolled beaches for swimming, access to hundreds of restaurants. Broad beach is the site for many many free council funded events all year round. All water based activities are available on the gold coast. Boating, diving, whale watching, surfing, swimming ect. Within 1 hr drive we have access to rain forest national parks, spectacular scenic country drives. The Tweed volcanic drive a particularly good one. The weather here is temperate all year round. Summer can be tropical!!!
