On a hill in a quiet street in Como, you will find our lovely home. It is surrounded by trees and gardens with lots to see and enjoy, including nearby Perth City and the Swan River and all its wildlife.

Como is well connected with walking trails, bicycle paths, railway station and bus stops. It is 6km south of Perth City. A 1km walk away is a busy cantre of cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, bakery and tavern. Within a 2km radius there are a lots of shopping and entertainment precincts.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and kitchen, a downstairs laundry, and an office/reading room. Spread over 5 levels, each space is a mix of views, light, and comfort.

A word about the stairs ... 5 levels and it helps if you can walk easily. Legs improve, balance improves as you get used to them.

The airy kitchen/dining area is a comfortable hub with double glazed windows, blinds and shutters, all overlooking the gardens and street activity. The private courtyard is fully fenced and ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining, bird watching, even snoozing.

There is also an upstairs verandah and a sheltered backyard.

About the location

Como is cosmopolitan, friendly and quiet. It is famous for its Little White Dogs and it is no coincidence there are lots of parks and green spaces to for dogs and their owners to explore, meet and walk. Como is centrally located which makes it an ideal base to discover Perth/Western Australia.

Our house is next to the river and the city, set amongst trees, nature and wildlife including birds, swans, pelicans and dolphins. Come awake and watch the birds in the treetops, then wander down to the river and over to a cafe for breakfast.

Como is linked to Perth and Fremantle by reliable train and bus services. Or choose to walk, cycle, drive to your destination.

Nearby attractions include Perth Zoo, Optus Stadium, Perth Ferry, Como Beach, golf courses, fitness studios, Kings Park, Rottnest Island ferries, and of course the City with its theatre, festivals, events, restaurants and markets.
