Located on the quiet side of sought-after Building 8 (closest to the pool), Chateau Minnie is just a quick elevator-ride away from the Clubhouse, Lagoon Pool, and your family’s exciting Water Park adventures! If you`ve found us here, you may already know that Windsor Hills is one of the most popular off-site resorts and said to be the closest privately-owned resort to Walt Disney World. In fact, we`re just two miles from the main gate--minutes from the fun! Go to the parks in the morning, head home to nap and swim, back to the parks in the evening for dinner, fireworks, and shows. The price of an Uber is generally the same price as parking for the day. We`re THAT close.

Chateau Minnie has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which makes getting ready in the mornings quick and easy. Everything`s on one level so there are no stairs to climb at the end of a long day.

#3: Location, location, location. Chateau Minnie has a PRIME location in Windsor Hills on the quiet side of Building 8--this is the building closest to the pool, Water Park, game arcade, movie theater, gym, & Market Grill. You can`t get closer!

Please note: Chateau Minnie is a self-catering rental home in a high-demand resort. It`s generally not available for exchange February through April and, in order to meet our housekeeper`s schedule, will be subject to check-in time of 4:00 pm and check-out time of 10:00 am. We have an owner`s closet with additional supplies for our home exchange guests but it`s important to note that health/sanitation laws prevent us from stocking food products or condiments. About the location

Two miles from Disney! As close as you can get in a private, gated resort.

Chateau Minnie is a third-floor condo on the quiet side of Building 8, the building closest to the pool. It`s served by two elevators.

Windsor Hills is a friendly gated community, just 2 miles from the Walt Disney World gate, putting us closer to the parks than many of the Disney Hotels on property. There are many restaurants within a short drive and Walmart is just down the road--on the way from the airport.

While you`ll probably prefer a rental car, it`s very easy to taxi, Uber , or Lyft from Windsor Hills to Walt Disney World. It`s often as economical as driving (parking at the parks is $30/day) and can save substantially on walking and time at the end of a long day.
