Our home is 3 level, light filled modern architectural designed house in South Brisbane. It was built 15 years ago with a small garden, pool and double garage. It has reverse cycle air conditioning in every room.

On the ground level there is car parking for 2 cars plus a guest retreat with lounge, library, queen size bed, tv and dining table and chairs. There is also an ensuite with a shower.

On the 2nd level there is a kitchen, dining area that seats 4-8, lounge, laundry and patio with inbuilt bbq. The kitchen is well equipped with Gaggenau cooking appliances.

The 3rd level has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite. Main bedroom has a King size bed while 2 other bedrooms have double size beds.

The pool is 6x3 meters and quite deep. Pool fencing meets local safety requirements.

About the location

Our home is located within a 5 minute walk to Brisbane river and world class facilities at Southbank Parklands with wonderful eateries, beach, arts and culture precinct. It is a 10 mins walk to city and Botanical gardens. Also great access to great public transport options with train and bus stations within 300 meters or ferries from Southbank. The suburb also retains many historic Queenslander style timber homes.
