House in the seaside town of Javea

At the end of a quiet cul de sac, our recently renovated home is split into two self contained levels. The main upstairs level consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto an elevated terrace with stunning mountain, sea and sunset views. Also upstairs are the main bedroom with ensuite shower room, a children's bedroom for our young twin girls, an additional bedroom/children`s play room and additional bathroom. We have 2 single bed frames and matresses so both rooms could easily set up as single bedrooms or 1 room as a double bedroom.

Downstairs is a self contained apartment with double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with steam shower, separate living area with sofa bed, large kitchenette and an additional shower room.

Centrally heated throughout, air conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas and fast wifi everywhere. Both living areas have internet connected smart tvs with UK channels, Amazon, Netflix etc.

Outside there is a large sunny terrace with a 40m2 swimming pool, also a tranquil outside dining area and artificial lawn which can be separated from the pool with child gates. A small orange, grapefruit, lemon, pomeegranite and fig orchard makes up the rest of the garden.

There is a covered garage and additional driveway parking for 2 cars behind electric gates.

We also have a friendly but independent and often outdoor cat with his own house access and an electric feeder. He is therefore very low maintenance but also very friendly if you engage with him!

About the location

Javea is a popular seaside town in the Northern Costa Blanca. The property is about 3km (5 minutes drive) from the lively Arenal beach, with its multiple restaurants, shops and seaside activities. The historic old town and charming Javea port are an additional 10 minutes drive away.

The area offers stunning coastline and beaches, fabulous restaurants and is perfect for multiple outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, golf, tennis, kayaking, sailing, scuba diving etc.
