Donald Trump Refugees. We plan to spend as much time as possible out of the US over the next two years. I can`t think of why anyone would want to be in the US under a Trump administration but if you are interested in a house swap, give us a shout. We have a lovely home at the base of the Cascade mountains. Plenty of great hiking and kayaking. If fly-fishing is your thing, plenty of rivers & streams nearby. Rock-climbing? We are literally 30 minutes from Smith Rock, which draws world-class climbers from all over. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you. We have food festivals, film festivals, craft beer festivals and we are 30 minutes from Sisters, Oregon, home to the world-famouse folk-festival. We love our home, just not our president. Him we loathe. But Deschutes County, Oregon, is a delightful place that borders California to the south, Washington State to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. So whether you take pity on us and have a home that needs a sitter, or if you are truly interested in a swap, let us know. Our home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in a quiet residential neighborhood near parks and all the aforementioned spots, and all the amenities - wifi, big screen tv, kayaks, a jeep for getting around (public transportation sucks in the US), plenty of books, fire pit, etc.
