90ft garden with patio area and two seating/eating areas. Shrubbery and lawn, not overlooked. Large cabin at the back of the garden which houses the washing machine and tumble dyer as well as some garden games.

Clean, tidy, good storage options and pleasantly decorated. Friendly, safe neighbourhood, plenty of parking on drive or wide residential street. 15 minute drive to Stansted airport.

About the location

Great Dunmow is a lovely market town with a quaint high street, full of individual boutiques and a few convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, pubs, hair dressers and beauty therapists. Plenty of parks and play areas for the children. There is a pottery painting café that is popular with people of all ages and a soft play centre not far from the town centre. There is a large supermarket on the outskirts of the town, a central library and a leisure centre with gym/swimming pool. Dunmow has lots of great events throughout the year including fireworks, the fair, carnivals, street markets, the Soap Box Race (which happens right next to our street) and the weird and wonderful Flitch Trials (every four years).

Plenty of lovely routes to take a walk, can be in the countryside in minutes. Close to the well-known Flitch Way for walking. Plenty of lovely villages to visit nearby and Saffron Walden & Thaxted a 30 minute drive, both historic and pretty towns.

Road links to Stansted airport, Bishop's Stortford, and the M11 for London are accessible. Can head north for Cambridge or east for the coast (one hour drive).

Perfect location for access to anywhere in the south east and Europe via the airport.
