Welcome to our bright and homely house! Relax in the inviting lounge area with a sitting space.
This is a home that we rent commercially mainly on Airbnb but we also would like to do swaps. We are guest favourites on Airbnb, so it is very well equipped and in a great location.
The large kitchen provides access to the garden. On the first floor, you`ll discover three bedrooms: two with single beds and a large master bedroom featuring a super comfy memory foam king-size bed. There`s also a bathroom on this floor. The top floor offers a double bed with its own en-suite bathroom.

Located in a leafy neighborhood in Brighton, this charming and spacious home is just a short 15-minute stroll from Preston Park station, with easy access from the A23. Surrounded by lush green spaces like Preston Park, it offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, making it ideal for experiencing the best of Brighton.
Getting to Brighton is very easy on a 4 minutes train journey from Preston Park train station or simply by taking the bus at the end of our street to Brighton centre, the journey takes around 15 minutes to the sea front.
The South Down. Actionable Park is also on the doorstep for those who want to explore the countryside.
