Sweet bungalow in Woodbury Village

My home is a simple bungalow, set on a quiet street in Woodbury, near Exmouth and Exeter.

There is a small kitchen with fridge freezer, modern electric hob and oven, a lovely large, light sitting room with piano, TV, internet and two sofas, and then two double bedrooms facing onto the back garden.

About the location

Woodbury is a village of a bout 3000 people, semi rural, within driving access of Exeter (20 mins), Exmouth (15 mins), Darts Farm (7 mins), Topsham (10 mins), and the astonishing landscape of Woodbury common (5 mins).

The nearest station is the beautiful Exton (7 mins), right on the estuary, with beautiful 180 degree views. The station parking is free, and the train running every 30 minutes, going along the estuary into Exeter or Exmouth.

From Exmouth you can cycle to the beautiful town of Budleigh (15 mins from the house). Also up the road is Otterton Mill, a gorgeous cafe set on the estuary grassland.

Woodbury itself is a quaint Devon village with some modern and some Georgian housing. Two play areas, playing fields, a health club within 5 mins drive. The cycling is excellent.
