Lovely expanded Victorian house with conservatory and garden

This well maintained 3-floor house has all the amenities and is spacious and modern- but has lots of charming details. The ground floor has a large living/dining room with bay windows, a newly renovated kitchen and a large conservatory.

The first floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double-bed. The second bedroom has a single bed- with space for additional mattresses. The last rood is used as an office, but there is space for a mattress- double or single. We have 2 single mattresses as well as an double air-mattress depending on your needs.

The second floor has the ensuite master bedroom with slanted ceilings and a double bed.

The fenced in garden is well maintained.

About the location

The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood- very close to both Newbury park and Tilehurst Village centre with several small shops and restaurants. It is easy to go to Reading city centre by bus (30 min) or car (15 min) where you can exlore the historic sites or the shops. From Reading centre, Padding Station (London) is only 30 minutes away by train- though you can also take a direct train from Tilehurst to Paddington in less than an hour. You can also walk to Pangbourne (about an hour) and there are loads of cute villages and National Trust places nearby that are worth visiting with a car. Berkshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds are in comfortable driving distance and are littered with great places to visit.
