Looking down on the North Laine
The large, bright living room in my second floor flat is its best feature. Sit in the very large window seat or on my balcony and look down on the hustle and bustle of Brighton`s North Laine. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any cook, or go to any of the excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Access is via a gated courtyard.
There are three bedrooms. The first has a large double bed on an 1800s bedframe, it is beautiful. The second has a small double with large built in cupboards. The third bedroom is large and was separated into two singles separated by furniture when my boys hit their teenage years. This room contains lots of lego.

When you are ready it`s just a 4 minute walk to Brighton station from where you can take direct trains to London in less than an hour, or Cambridge in two and half hours.
