Our three storey, 5 bedroom house is perfect for couples or small families who want to be in a friendly, cool area with easy access to Central London as well as enjoy a village ambience, greenery and the excellent local shops, coffee houses, restaurants, bars and galleries the area offers.

We have a small but pretty and landscaped garden for you to enjoy and our kitchen is equipped with everything for the avid chef as we love cooking!

We're Paul and Julie and together with our daughter and cat Pavlova have been living in Peckham Rye for over 10 years.

We love the area and what it has to offer and are keen to share our knowledge and home with you!

About the location

Our home is located within 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station with direct trains into London Bridge, Victoria, Kings Cross St Pancras, Farringdon, Blackfriars (10-20 minutes) and the Overground which services Shoreditch High Street and Canada Water (10-20 minutes).

Peckham Rye is a vibrant and eclectic area, perfect for foodies, families and a young and arty crowd. There are numerous places to dine out, both on a budget and spenny but all delicious as well as an array of incredible bakeries and coffee shops within easy walking distance of our home.

We live 10 minutes from a large, pretty park on a quiet, residential street lined with birch trees. There are 3 small local supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, a fabulous butcher and fishmonger.

East Dulwich is a 15 minute walk where you can find a bustling high street home to many interesting and independent shops and cafes.

In the Summer you can visit the famous Franks car park outdoor roof bar and The Bussey rooftop bar and cinema.
