A light and bright family house in Wimbledon, in South-West London. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. In the loft conversion there is another double bedroom and a shower room.

On the ground floor there is a living room, and an open plan kitchen-dining room, which opens onto the sunny, south-facing garden. The garden is 20metres long and 5metres wide, and is fully enclosed, so children and dogs can`t escape. The patio has a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a sun umbrella.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Plus there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a downstairs toilet.

We have children, so there are plenty of children`s toys and books. There are stair gates, and a cot, high chair and buggy are available on request.

We are 100metres from the nearest underground tube station, giving you quick and easy access to the centre of London. There are also two small supermarkets within a two minute walk of the house.

Our road is blocked off to traffic at one end, meaning very few cars drive down the road. We can provide parking permits for you to park your car on our road.

We are non-smokers and we have no pets. Wifi throughout.

Wimbledon is a lovely, leafy area of south-west London, full of shops, cafes, restaurants and parks. It is home to the world-famous Wimbledon tennis tournament, Wimbledon Theatre and the renowned Polka children`s theatre. From our home you can be in the centre of London`s West End in 35 minutes.

The closest airports are London Heathrow and London Gatwick, and we`re only 40 minutes from St Pancras International for the Eurostar.
