Newly renovated 4-bedroom family home, with large south-facing garden, adjacent to park and minutes from buzzy Gloucester rd.
We have lovingly renovated our 1950`s semi-detached house over the last few years. It has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. The house has a large, contemporary open-plan kitchen-diner with concrete worktops, plywood kitchen and a secret pantry! Bifold doors open out onto a deck and south-facing garden with trampoline.
We have two bedrooms with double/king size beds. One in the loft with en-suite and stunning far reaching views over Bristol. The other is our guest room. We then have two kids bedrooms. Each has a small double loft-bed, accessed up steps or ladder. One room has a small double sofa bed, which we can make up for you, and we also have a single aero-bed which can fit in any of the rooms. Family bathroom with bath and shower on first floor.
Our lounge has a cosy dark-green decor, with bio-ethanol fire for cool nights. A utility room with washing machine, dryer and toilet is located off the kitchen.
We are in a lovely spot, backing onto the popular Horfield Common, with a playground, cafe and free tennis courts, whilst less than 10 minutes walk to the Gloucester Rd. A large supermarket is just across the road. We have a driveway, plus plenty of on-road parking opposite.
