Calm, cozy, bright apartment in central location

Hello potential home exchangers!

Just like Berlin itself, this apartment offers plenty of comfort and space to enjoy life your way. Located in the Wedding/Mitte district, the S-Bahn station is right outside the door, and you can reach everything within 30 minutes or less (only 15 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate!). Daily necessities are just a short walk away (2–5 minutes), and there's a lovely park with a public swimming pool only 2 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by elevator. It stays pleasantly cool, even on hot days, and the neighbors are relaxed and friendly.

The place is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, stove and oven, washing machine, bathtub, and fast Wi-Fi (no microwave). There's also a balcony – smoking is allowed there.

You'll find a large bed, a small dining table with a great view, and two workspaces. Pets are very welcome :)

It’s perfect for singles or couples, but 3–4 people can also stay comfortably, as there's a second room – as long as you bring your own sleeping arrangement.

Also worth mentioning: one of the best coffee roasters in the city is just down the street – my favorite café!
