Semi-detached house in Maremma, Tuscany

This is our second home, so non-simultaneous exchanges are possible.
Our house, obtained from the recent renovation of an eighteenth-century building, is ideal for relaxing in the Maremma countryside, exploring southern Tuscany and its coast, enjoying the wines and gastronomy of the area.
We have a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is large and also contains the dining area. All the windows overlook the surrounding countryside.
You can enjoy high-speed WiFi, a stereo system with hundreds of vinyl records, a smart TV, a terrace and a private garden.

About the location

Our house is located in the small village of La Croce. The village of Scansano, with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. We love the quiet, intimate and friendly atmosphere of the village with its silence and fresh and breezy air thanks to the dominant position on the surrounding countryside. We are 40 minutes by car from the coast of southern Tuscany (Talamone, Orbetello, Capalbio), thirty minutes from the thermal baths of Saturnia with the hot sulphurous water waterfalls. We are exactly equidistant between Florence and Rome (two hours by car). Siena, Val d'Orcia, Orvieto and Arezzo are about one hour away. To move around the area you need a car, your own or rented at the airport (the closest airports are Firenze, Pisa and Rome).
